FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: I registered but need to cancel, what do I do?
A: For pre-registration refunds please contact [email protected] directly. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks prior to the conference. Refunds for tickets purchased during the ORC weekend will be processed at the registration desk.
Q: Can I register for only one day?
A: No. There is only one rate for conference registration whether you attend for 1 hour, 1 day or all 3 days. $35/person or $5/Alateen. See the registration page and “why we pay” section for full details. Please note that the banquet is a separate cost in addition to conference registration.
Q: Can I register on-site?
A: Yes! You can register onsite throughout the weekend – there will be enough registration tickets available, although the banquet does often sell out by Saturday night.
Q: What time is the banquet?
A: The banquet doors open at 5:45pm. Dinner will be served at approximately 6pm, and the open meeting will begin at approximately 7:30pm.
Q: Does the banquet fee include registration?
A: No. All members and/or guests must be registered in order to attend the banquet dinner.
Q: I don’t wish to attend the banquet but want to hear the banquet speaker, can I still do so?
A: Yes! The banquet speaker will be simulcast into other room(s) at the conference.
Q: I’d like to register multiple people for the banquet but I don’t have everyone’s names yet. What can I do?
A: You can register multiple people under your name with a number included to differentiate between registrations. For instance, Bill One, Bill Two, Bill Three, etc. Members can come to the Pre-Registration Room at the conference and update their name tags once the original purchaser has distributed the tag to them.
Q: Our group would like to book a room to host a Hospitality Suite, how do we do this?
A: The Sheraton hotel can book Parlour Suites which are the only rooms large enough to properly accommodate what the Hospitality Suites are typically used for. Please refer to the “Hospitality Suites” section in the Hotel menu for information regarding this.
NOTE: Tickets for the Banquet often sell out. If you want to attend it is best to buy your ticket as early as possible.
